Start with preparing ingredients for rice. Rinse the rice in cold water and soak it in the water until the time you use it.

 

Peel the onions and chop them intosmall cubes. Chop the bacon inthin strips. 

 

Pass the beans through the cold water and drain.

Boil 2 cups of water and then hibernate to add to the pot.

 

Take the pot to the stove and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, when heated over medium heat, sauté onions for 3 – 4 minutes.

 

Add both of pepper and tomato paste and add the bacon when it's thoroughly mixed.  Sauté for 3 more minutes and then add the beans and stir.

Add 2 cups of hot water to the pot. Adjust the salt and pepper and leave the lid closed for 10 minutes.

For Rice; boil 1,5 glass of water (300 ml). Drain the rice that is waiting in the water.

 

Take the pot to the stove, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the rice and sauté three minutes stirring. 

 

Add the boiling water, adjust salt and pepper, stir and close the lid and cook the first two minutes on medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and cook until rice adsorb the water.

 

Take the pot from the heat and rest for 5 minutes.(the lid closed/covered)

You can serve bacon and beans with rice and pickles. (chilli peppers are optional over the beans)
