Hot Pepper Paste
Add ground beef, bulgur, chili pepper, cumin and 1 teaspoon of salt – black pepper into a mixing bowl. Mix and knead until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Take small pieces from the meatball mixture and roll it in the palm of your hand to shape the ball. After giving shape to the whole meatball mixture, put the meatballs in the flour.
Heat 4 water glasses of water. (800 ml)
Chop the onion into small cubes. Take a pot in the stove. Add 1 tbsp olive oil. Heat up the oil on medium heat and start to sauté the onions. After 2 minutes, add the tomato paste and stir for 1 minute.
Start adding the water you heated up, and keep stirring while adding. After 1,5 – 2 minutes, add the meatballs and stir. After 2 minutes add the noodles.
Cook for 3 minutes on high heat. Then bring it to the low level and cook for another 5 minutes.
Just before serving the soup, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the mint inside. Keep it on fire for 15-20 seconds and get it.
You can serve Mini Meatball & Noodle Soup by pouring butter – mint mixture on it.
