Set the oven to 200 degrees.
Chop onion and garlic into small cubes.
Get a mixing bowl. Add beans into it and smash them thoroughly with the help of a fork. Add onion, garlic, flour and 1 teaspoon of salt – pepper and stir.
After reaching a homogeneous mixture, rest it in the fridge until the time you use it.
Wash the potatoes very well (you will use them without peeling). Chop into thin long slices.
Take them to the ovenware. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt – pepper. Mix. Put it in the heated oven at 200c and bake for 8 – 10 minutes until golden brown.
Wash and rinse greens.
Take the veggie mixture out of the fridge, divide it into 2 equal parts and make them burger bread size.
Take a pan on the stove. When the pan warms over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and start cooking the veggies.
After cooking one side for 3 minutes, turn the other side and place the cheddar cheeses on top. Cook for 3 more minutes.
In the meantime, warm up the burger breads for 2 minutes in the oven. Mix 2 packs of ketchup and 2 packs of mayonnaise. Sauce inner parts of the burger breads.
After rubbing the sauce in burger breads, place the greens and veggieballs.
Vegetarian Burger & Baked Potatoes can be served with the remaining ketchup and mayonnaise.
