Boil 1-1.5 liters of water for vegetables. Prepare the icy water in a deep bowl to shock the vegetables after boiling.


Divide the broccoli into medium-sized pieces. Chop the carrot and zucchini the way you want. 


Boil vegetables,sequentially, in boiling water until it loses its vitality for 1-2 min. Then put them in the icy water to finish the cooking process. When the vegetables are cold, remove them from the water, stand on the side.


Squeeze the lemon into a bowl. You will use 2 tablespoon of it for the fish sauce and the rest for the salad.


Wash and rinse greens in cold water for salads. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Take the greens and tomatoes in the mixing bowl until the time you add the sauce.


Cut the garlic in half and dip the fork to the pieces. Wash and rinse spinach in cold water

Take a frying pan on the stove and add 1 tbsp olive oil. When the oil warms up over medium heat, start to sautée the spinach and stir with the fork, which has garlic at the tip, until the spinach soften. (This way you will have the aroma of garlic.) Take spinach in a plate. Later, you'll heat it up again.


Sprinkle a pinch of salt-pepper on the skinned side of the fish. Wipe the frying pan with the paper towel and add 1 tbsp olive oil. When the oil warms over medium heat, take the fish to the pan. (You will cook skinned side first.)


After cooking for 2-3 min, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper to the fish and turn the other side. After cooking for 2-3 min, take the fish over paper towel.


If you have too much oil in the frying pan, clean most of it. Melt the butter over low heat and sautée the almonds until they are slightly coloured. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Take the fish back to the pan and cook for 1 min. Take the pan from the stove and leave it on one side until you sautée the vegetables.


Take a pan and add 1 tbsp olive. Take the boiled vegetables in it and sautée for 2-3 min over medium heat. Make the salt-pepper adjustment.


Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, rest of the lemon juice and a pinch of salt-pepper on the salad in the mixing bowl. Blend.


When preparing the serving plates, take the spinach to the pan and warm it for 1-2 min. Put the spinach on the service plates and place the fish on it. Pour the almond-fish sauce with the help of a spoon. You can serve Sea Bass Fillets in Spinach Bed with vegetables and salad.
