Rub both sides of the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Take the pan on stove, over the high heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil. When the oil warms,take the temperature to the middle. Take the chicken to the pan. Cook both sides for 5 minutes or until it takes the color as in the photo. Take the cooked chicken to a plate and leave it to rest.
While chicken getting cooked; wash the mushrooms and slice them randomly.
Mince the garlic.
Wash spinach and chop them randomly into large pieces.
Take the mushrooms to the pan where you cooked the chicken and stir it for 3 minutes. Take the baked mushrooms next to the chicken.
Melt the butter in the same pan. Take the garlic to the pan. On medium heat, sautée stirring for 1 min.
Pour the flour over garlic. In the meantime, continue the mixing process with a spoon.
Add the cream and parmesan to the pan. Pour 1 glass of water into the cream box. Shake and pour into pan. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and stir for 3-4 min over high heat. (until creamy mixture bubbling) At the end of this time, reduce the temperature to a moderate level.
Take the spinach to the pan. Cook for 2 min.
Add chicken and mushrooms to the pan. Cook for another 3 minutes and take it from the fire.
With the bread slices you heated; serve Creamy Parmesan Chicken with Mushroom & Spinach.
