Set the oven to 200 degrees and run it.


Drain oil of tuna fish. Get the tuna in a mixing bowl. Add egg,  breadcrumb, onion flakes, garlic flakes, half of the chili pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt – pepper.

Mix all ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Take up to 2 dessert spoons of the mixture in the palm of your hand and roll it. Give the shape to the meatballs by pressing over.


After forming the whole mixture, bake for 10 – 12 minutes in the oven, which is heated to 200 degrees. (in the middle of the cooking process, turn the meatballs upside down.)

Rub 1 dessert spoon of olive oil on tortilla. Rub the remaining chili pepper with your hand on tortilla and give it to the oven that is heated to 200 degrees. Bake for 2-3 minutes until it becomes crispy.

For the salad; grate the carrot and chop the red cabbage finely. Take the Mediterranean greens, grated carrots and chopped red cabbage into a mixing bowl. 


While serving add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt – add pepper and stir.


Serve Tuna Meatballs and Mediterranean Salad together.
