Set the oven to 200 degrees and run it. 

 

Lay the baking paper into the ovenware or oven tray for sea bream. 

 

Throw 3 scratches on the fish with a knife (not too deep.) Sprinkle a pinch of salt-pepper. When the oven reaches 200 degrees, put the tray in the oven. Cook in a controlled manner for 20-25 min.

Open the chips package. After losing the air of the package, close it with your hand and press on the table with your hand to divide chips into small pieces. (It is important to divide chips into small pieces because you will cover drumsticks with chips.)


Put chips, breadcrumps and egg separately into deep bowls. (It is important that the bowls are large enough to fit chicken drumsticks.)
