Set the oven to 200 degrees and run it.


Divide leek into 4 pieces horizontally. Then chop into small pieces. 


Grate zucchini and carrot. After grating zucchini, squeeze it into the palm of your hand. (Excess water will adversely affect the consistency of mucver.)


Finely mince parsley and mint.

Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients you've chopped into it. Add the powdered pepper, lor cheese, flour and eggs. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Lay baking paper to the baking tray/ovenware. Take 1 tablespoon from the mixture of mucver and drop it on the baking paper. You will get 10 pieces of mucver in total. You can arrange the tbsp amount for 10 pieces. 


Bake for 15 – 18 minutes in the heated oven to 200 degrees.
