Chop the onion intosmall cubes. Grate the garlic or chop it finely.

 

Wash and rinse black cabbage in cold water. Chop it into finger size. 

 

Boil 5 glasses of water. (1liter)

Take the pot to the stove and add 1 tbsp olive oil and butter. When the oil warms over medium heat, take it to the low-intermediate level and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the onions and sauté it by mixing for 3-4 minutes.

 

Then add the tomato paste, pepper paste and the cabbages. Continue to stir until all the pastes are mixed with other ingredents.

Add 5 glasses of hot water and stir. Adjust salt-pepper and add the chili pepper. 

 

Boil until the cabbages are tender. (the lid closed!)

Pass the corn and kidney beans through the cold water and add it into the soup. Cook for 8-10 minutes more.

 

With the last 5 minutes to be cooked, take half a glass of the juice of the soup and add the corn flour inside the glass.Stir it. Pour the mixture back into the soup and stir.

You can serve delicious black cabbage soup with corn bread and yoghurt.
