Cut the onions into small pieces.
Bring 2,5 glass of water to a boil.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and butter into a pot, when it is warmed over medium heat, add the onions and saute for 3 to 4 minutes until they caramelized.
Then add the minced meat into the pan, and continue to sauté with stirring for 4 minutes more, until the meat is cooked
Cut the cabbage as 1 cm thick and long strips. If it is too long, cut the strips in half.
Add tomato and pepper paste, sauté until everything mixed together
Finally add the cabbages and continue to roast for 3 minutes more.
Season the cabbage with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Add the 2,5 glass of boiled water, stir and cook the stew for 15 – 20 minutes.
