Set your oven to 180c and run it.

Peel and grate the garlic. Grate ¼ of the cheese.

Wash the cauliflower, if you have a kitchen robot, first divide the cauliflower into small pieces and then pass it through the robot.

If you do not have a kitchen robot, cut the cauliflower into very small pieces, such as snowflakes, with the help of a knife.

Add cauliflower to the mixing bowl and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt. Rub the cauliflower with your hand and let the water comes out.

Then take the cauliflower into the hair bonnet and squeeze all the water out.

Take the cauliflower back into the mixing bowl and break the egg on it. Add 1 clove of shredded garlic, cheese and a pinch of black pepper, stir.

2

Put the baking sheet on baking plate. You can make two pizza crusts or one large pizza crust according to your request.

With the help of a spoon, place cauliflower in half cm thickness to make pizza crust.

Bake in the 180c oven until browned for 5 minutes.

3

For topping; grate the cheese or slice in thin long strips. Cut the kapya pepper vertically in half. Remove the seeds and cut the pepper into strips.  Remove the seed of the olives and cut olivesin half. Wash and rinse the arugula in cold water.

4

Take a frying pan on the stove and add 1 tbsp olive oil. When heated over medium heat, add 1 clove grated garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Then add the tomato mash and stir for 4 – 5 minutes on low heat.

5

Remove the cooked cauliflower pizza crust and place tomato sauce with the help of a spoon. Leave a half-cm gap from the edges.

Put the cheese on the bottom floor. (Seperate 1 tbsp for topping.)

Sprinkle peppers, olives, corn and the cheese on top. Bake at 180c for 8 – 10 minutes.

After baking, you can sprinkle arugula and serve it with extra virgin olive oil.

Enjoy!
