Whole Wheat Bread
Wash the rice and soak in the water until the time you use it.
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Peel the eggplant in zebra pattern. Chop into cube sugar size.
Chop the garlic finely.
Chop the parsley finely.
Chop tomatoes into small cubes. Don't spill the water of tomato because the food will be cooked with its juice.
Take a pot on the stove. When it’s warm on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Get the garlic and onions in the pot. Start to sautée. After 2 minutes, add eggplant. Mix and sauté for 2 more minutes.
Drain the rice and get it into the pot. Mix and sauté for 2 more minutes.
Finally; add the tomatoes to the pot with its juice. Adjust salt – pepper and cook over low heat. For 10-12 minutes, continue to cook until the eggplant is cooked, stirring occasionally. (If the tomato's juice is low or the tomatoes you cut are not juicy, you can add some warm water.)
