Take noodle in a deep bowl and add boiling water to cover it. Wait until Noodle is tender.
Boil 1.5 glasses of water for broccoli. (300ml.)
Chop the steak into thin long strips.
Peel the onion and cut it in half. Chop thinly in half moon shape.
Wash scallions. Cut and discard the top of the green stems. Chop the white parts thinly and the green parts in 1 cm.
Wash the carrot and peel. Cut into thin strips of 5 cm long. (matchstick size)
Separate broccoli into bite-size pieces and throw them into boiling water. Boil for 1-2 min until they become tender. Then take them into the cold-icy water. (Icy water creates a shock effect and shows the vegetables better)
Take a pan on the stove. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp of sesame oil. When the oil warms up over medium heat, add steak and sautée for 3-4 min until each side is cooked.
Take the meat aside and add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp of sesame oil again to the pan. Add onions, sautée for 2-3 min. Add carrots and sautée for 2 minutes.
Add broccoli and scallions. Continue cooking by mixing. Add half of the soy sauce in package no.1, stir.
Take the meat back to the pan and stir. Add noodle and blend them with all the ingredients. Finally, add the remaining soy sauce (package no.1) and cook for 2 more minutes.
When your Noodle is ready, sprinkle some sesame seeds on it. Serve with pickled cabbage and soy sauce in package no 2. (The soy sauce in package no 2 is extra. You can use it or not upon the taste you prefer.)
