Set the oven to 200 degrees and run it.
Rinse the rice in cold water and soak in the water until the time you use it.
In a mixing bowl; mix the flour and 2 tablespoons of water, a pinch of salt-pepper. To achieve a fluid consistency; you can add 1 tablespoon more water as needed.
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and dip them in the mixture.
Take the cauliflowers to the ovenware and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, for the rice; boil 1,5 water glasses of water. (300 ml) Drain the rice which is waiting in the water.
Get the rice pot on the stove. Melt a pack of butter in medium heat. Add the rice and stir it for 3 minutes.
Add 1.5 water glasses of boiling water. Adjust the salt and pepper. Stir and close the lid of the rice pot. First in medium heat; after a few minutes, bring the fire to the low level and cook until rice absorbs all the water.
Melt the other butter in a small pan. Add buffalo sauce, melted butter and honey to the mixing bowl. Mix. Take the cooked cauliflowers from the oven. Dip them into the mixture and bake it again for 10 minutes.
After the rice gets ready, rest the lid closed for 5 minutes.
Serve Buffalo Cauliflower with Ranch Sauce & Rice.
