1 tea spoon
Set the oven to 200 degrees and run it.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly in cold water. (You'll use them without peeling.) Cut them into finger thickness slices.
Take the potatoes in ovenware. Add 2 tablespoon olive oil, chili pepper and a pinch of salt-pepper. Stir. Leave space for sausages, you will add later.
Place it to the oven. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are fried. (You can mix them once in a while. Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the potatoes you chopped.)
Do not peel the sausages. Make 2-3 scratches on both sides of the sausage with a knife.
Take a pan on the stove. When the pan warms up over medium heat, add the butter and 2 tablespoons sunflower oil.
When the oil melts, cook both sides of the sausages for 4 minutes. (One side 4 minutes) If you would like you can cook other sides of sausages by pushing from tips with tongs. (for each side 2 min.) At the end of this time, take them from the pan. Place the cheddar slices on them and put them in the oven next to the potatoes.
Keep cooking until cheddar melts.
You can serve Jalapeno-Cheddar Sausages with Baked Potatoes accompanied by sauces.
