Set the oven to 180 degrees and run it.
Divide the broccoli into small pieces.
Slice the carrot into circles of 1 cm thick or in any form.
Cut the stalks of green beans and take the sides with the help of a knife or peeler. Cut horizontally in two.
Divide the almonds into small pieces with the help of a knife.
Lay the baking paper into the ovenware/tray, skinny side of the salmon will face the baking sheet. Season with salt – pepper.
In the meantime, boil 1 liter of water for vegetables.
Rub equal amounts of honey on both salmon. Sprinkle with equal amount of almonds. Bake for 10-12 minutes, in a pre-heated oven at 180c.
Put cold water and a few ice cubes into a bowl before boiling vegetables. After boiling process, you will take the vegetables in this bowl and end the cooking process.
Take carrot into the boiling water and boil for 1,5 - 2 minutes. Get it in the icy water before it's too soft. Boil broccoli for 1-1,5 minutes and take it to the icy water. Finally boil green beans for 2 minutes and take them to the icy water.
After the vegetables have cooled down, you can remove them from icy water.
Just before serving vegetables, take a pan to the stove and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Take the vegetables into the pan and sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat. Adjust salt – pepper.
Take Honey Almond Salmon & Sauteed Veggies to the service plates.
